Yet most leaders are given responsibility without the shared space to meaningfully collaborate to improve outcomes for the communities and people they serve.

About Common Ground

The Common Ground Collective was established from a deep belief in the power and potential of meaningful collaboration across sector boundaries and offers a safe, supportive space to explore and address shared challenges together. We are commissioned by local organisations or groups who wish to provide an opportunity for cross-sector connection and exploration. Alice Gregson

Alice is a former CEO and senior leader of 20+ years across several sectors (including education, policing, adult social care, the civil service and the private sector). She now leads Elevating Leadership, a consultancy specialising in supporting leaders across all industries and sectors to explore, develop and maximise their leadership impact at an organisation level, sector level and a systemic level.
 
Alice combines deep, direct knowledge and experience of leadership at all levels within a diverse range of contexts with her core values of integrity, collaboration and fairness.

James Hirst

James has worked in marketing and communications for over 20 years, working with blue chip multi national businesses, SMEs, charties and public sector organisations.

He has vast experience in running first class events, and providing practical solutions for clients.
